Welcome to the Cochran Dental Care website, Facebook fan page, or this blog! We at Cochran Dental are striving to keep our office and services up to date with current technology. In our attempts to do so, we are working with a group, Demandforce, to communicate and share with our patients and potential patients as well. For those who have been to our office, you may have noticed our paperless check in system, digital x-rays, and computerized charts. We would like our website and social networking sites to mirror this dedication to current trends. We've had patients, new and existing, set up appointments via our website. We are also working to make correspondence via text message possible for those who prefer messages that way.
On a personal note, I'd like to acknowledge President's Day, which was yesterday. It's always an appreciated date on my calendar, as it's the first holiday I get following New Years, and the last one until Memorial Day. But it was especially on my mind, as my husband and I have been watching the miniseries on John Adams. It has been a way for us to understand better the incredible beginnings of our nation. The tenacity and sacrifice that so many gave to allow for the lives we have today is staggering. And the state of George Washington and John Adams' teeth make me glad to be a dentist in modern times! Wooden dentures and missing front teeth don't seem like a fun way to go through life.
